I started training with Tom when I was in my early twenties and my sporadic regimen of cardio alone wasn’t cutting it. I was not happy with my body, eating poorly and couldn’t understand why the lifestyle that worked at 18 wasn’t working anymore.
Now, years later, Tom has helped me to appreciate and understand the balance of weight training, cardio and a healthy diet. My choices became part of my life style. While training with Tom I’ve had to have three back surgeries, all related to a genetic problem. I went into each surgery strong and healthy, which helped me to heal and bounce back quickly. I was back to working out four months after a spinal fusion! One year later, I am in better shape than before.
Tom manages to motivate and create a fun environment, while leaving little room for complaining.
Working out has become an essential part of my life, and I can honestly say I look forward to it each day.
